The Ombudsman will be available immediately to deal with day-to-day issues and provide timely, sensible and practical solutions. Managers and employees will be able to raise issues in a safe and professional environment. Outcomes will be based on best practice and fairness.

Resolve provides Ombudsman services to several organisations and operates within the Code of Ethics advocated by the International Ombudsman Association (IOA).
